Hi, welcome to Crafts by Tasia. Please take a moment to read over our FAQs before messaging me, as your question(s) may already be answered. If not, I look forward to assisting you!

*Where are you located and how may I contact you?
I am located in Dallas, TX. (DFW area), however shipping is available worldwide. My hours of operation are 8am-6pm CST Monday-Saturday, Sunday 10am-3pm. I can be reached via messenger or email (info.craftsbytasia@gmail.com). Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
*What are your prices?
My prices are listed in the featured tab on my page. If you aren't able to find the price list of the item(s) you are looking for please feel free to email or message me directly, but before doing so please be advised that I make a multitude of different items and all are priced differently. Please be as detailed as possible when making an inquiry. Photo inspiration is highly recommended for a more accurate price, also date of need, theme, colors, size, and any additional information you think may be helpful.
*How do I place an order?
You may place an order directly through our website or via email or messenger and I will email you an invoice. Please be detailed when doing so. Although we're not open on Sundays, you may still place an order. We will reach to you on the following business day for additional details, if needed and also with your total and payment options.
*What is your turnaround time? How long will my order take? Do you do rush orders?
My turnaround time is between 2-14 days (Sunday's NOT included). Some items have longer turnaround times than others, however you are welcome to pay the rush fee and receive your items sooner. Rush order fees start at $16, but the fee changes as the item does.
*Payments?
I do require FULL payment upfront, NO EXCEPTIONS! Payment options: cash app, zelle, apple pay, chime, and paypal.
*Do you ship?
Yes, absolutely! I ship worldwide, BUT once shipped I do not have any control over what happens to your package(s) after being dropped off to carrier (USPS/UPS). If there are any questions regarding your order status, I recommend you calling the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. All lost, stolen, or delayed packages are out of my control.
*Do you offer refunds or accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds, nor do I accept exchanges due to the item(s) being customized to your desired liking. With that being said, your satisfaction is my top priority.
